The online booking system does not provide the invoice as the full balance will be paid upon arrival. If you want to indicate specific instructions about this you can add them in the “ask for more” field in the form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
By booking a service from our website, you will pay the deposit for the service booked by credit card or paypal, including taxes and VAT. You will pay the rest of the amount on the day of the tour.
The amount of the deposit is charged to the customer and will be deducted from the total payment that will be paid at the agency on the day of the service.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the day of the Tour.
No refunds will be given if you decide to cancel less than 24 hours before the day of the Tour.
In the event of bad weather or technical problems with the boat provided by the company, it reserves the right to cancel the excursion by offering the possibility to move the tour to another day or to obtain a full refund
